EXIT THE LOOP
A 3-Day Live Workshop Series to Break the Cycle of Numbness.
For the high-functioning woman who’s fine — but not fulfilled.
WHAT IS ‘EXIT THE LOOP’
A 3-day live experience to help you wake up, feel again, and finally come back to yourself.
This is not some fluffy mindset challenge.
This is real, grounded work for the woman who’s done enough surviving, from someone who has walked that path.

For the women who are…
Highly Functioning. Highly Disconnected.
Let’s get honest — your life works.
But it doesn’t feel like it’s working.
You’re not rock bottom.
You’re not in crisis.
You’re not crying on the bathroom floor every night.
But you're also not… here.
Not really.
You’re checked out — and you can feel it.
You’ve built a life that looks fine.
You’re doing all the “right” things:
Gym. Walks. Work’s good. Relationship is… okay.
So why does it still feel like something’s off?
-
Staring at your screen at work. Completely drained. The idea of doing it all again tomorrow, and for the indefinite future makes your chest feel so tight. But the idea of leaving terrifies you more than the idea of staying stuck. "What if I quit and still feel like this?" So you don’t. You put your head down and push through the day. Again.
You’re doing assignments for the degree you chose “because it made sense”. Taking notes you don’t care about, procrastinating the next lecture by scrolling on TikTok. You see another girl living a life that looks way more aligned than yours. And instead of feeling inspired, you feel… envious and frustrated. "Why don’t I have the courage to choose what I really want to do?"
At night, you’re lying in bed next to your partner. Both of you half-scrolling, half-watching netflix. You both said goodnight, but neither of you reached for the other. You’re not fighting. You’re not unhappy. But you're not connected. You want to say something honest, something real, but then you close Instagram, roll over, and bury it again. Because naming the emptiness you feel makes it real. And you don’t feel strong enough to do that.
Looking at your calendar on a Sunday night. You’re mapping out your week — gym sessions, work meetings, social plans — and it all looks good. Balanced. Productive. Fine. But you stare at the screen with this ache in your chest, because none of it excites you. You’re doing all the “right” things, but they don’t feel like your things. But you shut your laptop anyway. And tell yourself to just “get through the week.”
WHAT WE COVER
-
We name what’s actually going on
You’re not unmotivated, tired or lazy — you’re disconnected from what you actually want. We’ll go deep into:
What “autopilot mode” really is
How it’s showing up in your relationship, your body, your identity
The sneaky ways you’ve convinced yourself this is just “adulthood” (spoiler: it’s not)
I’ll tell you my story, too.
The moment my partner looked at me across the table on our anniversary and said:“I honestly thought about whether I could stay with you.”
That was a wake-up call….
-
You’ve recognized where you’re living on autopilot, today we uncover why it happens.
Autopilot is a coping strategy — a way to avoid uncomfortable emotions by clinging to routine
Fear of change, loss aversion, and status quo bias
Emotions you’re masking as ‘just tired’; shame, anger, frustration.
Because you can’t break out of autopilot until you stop pretending you’re fine.
-
Now it’s time to move forward.
Day 3 is about:
Clarity —You don’t need more ideas. You need a clear next step.
Accountability – It’s not about willpower. It’s about support and structure.
Personalised support — You’ll get the chance to receive direct coaching from me.
This is where awareness becomes action.
